Be Prepared - Important Event Information

This event takes us from Sumburgh to Anda.

To make sure everyone who takes part has an enjoyable event, please read through the points below.

  • Please make sure you have charts, you can download them using the links provided below.

  • Please use the downloadable flight plan (available on this page after you have confirmed your attendance) when submitting your FSD flight plan.

  • You should use SkyTrack to record your flight and file a PIREP.

  • As this is an event you should use your pilot ID as your callsign.

  • Please report in the event forum your intended starting gate, preferred slot time (pushback from gate) earliest 15 minutes before the advertised time and then every 5 minutes and type of aircraft. Where traffic is well separated on the apron, it is possible for two aircraft to have the same time. All this information will all be added to the top post next to your name to help ensure a smoother flow of traffic in departure.Departing traffic to leave 2 minutes between takeoff's for normal traffic in front, 3 minutes for heavy's in front.
