Be Prepared - Important Event Information

To make sure everyone who takes part has an enjoyable event, please read through the points below.

  • Please make sure you have charts, you can download them using the links provided below.

  • Please use the IVAP downloadable flight plan (available on this page after you have confirmed your attendance) when submitting your IVAO flight plan.

  • You should use SkyTrack to record your flight and file a PIREP.

  • As this is an event you should use your pilot ID as your callsign.

  • Please report in the event forum your intended starting gate, preferred slot time (pushback from gate) earliest 0645z and then every 5 minutes and type of aircraft. Where traffic is well separated on the apron, it is possible for two aircraft to have the same time. All this information will all be added to the top post next to your name to help ensure a smoother flow of traffic in departure. Departing traffic to leave 2 minutes between takeoff's for normal traffic in front, 3 minutes for heavy's in front.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask any member of the staff team! It is far better to get any problems or questions sorted out and answered before the event takes place.

We look forward to seeing you there and hope we get another great turn out!
