Our primary hard disk was corrupted following maintenance actions by our service provider. Despite their best efforts they were not able to recover it, so instead have restored a backup from Monday night. We have our own nightly data backup from Tuesday night which we will restore as soon as possible, however this does mean that all pireps filed on Wednesday are lost. Please hang tight for more information over the weekend where we will provide instructions for reclaiming these flights.
