UKV1212 - Adam Hillier Posted February 5, 2007 Report Share Posted February 5, 2007 With an ever growing community here at Fly UK, there is an ongoing need for more staff to help run the VA. Over the past couple of weeks we have been recruiting new staff members for various departments, so that we can make Fly UK a virtual airline, second to none. We would like to welcome to the team the following people: Training Academy: Mark Lory Mike Higgins Fixed Wing Ops: Matthew Lewis Jake Cresswell Gerald Huxtable Tom Hurrell Marketing: Steve Miles There have also been changes in our events department as a result of Luke & Conrad stepping down as managers due to increasing real world life commitments. Both will remain active pilots within our community, and Luke will continue as a pilot rep. We'd like to wish Luke & Conrad all the best for the future and thank them for all their support and hardwork over the many months they were a valued part of our staff team. Events: Dave Whitson is now the acting head of the events department (as well as Operations). Sebastian Revell Will Dewing (as well as Training Academy). We thank all those that applied for the positions. It was extremely difficult to choose between the high number of applications, which we were pleased to receive. It shows just how high the members regard Fly UK Virtual Airways, to apply for these positions.
