Fly UK - Social Evening

The Fly UK Staff team would like to invite all Fly UK members to it's next social event on:

Date: 30th August 2009 | Time: 1800z (1900 BST) | Location: Fly UK TeamSpeak Server

The Fly UK Social Evening is an opportunity for staff to have their usual Sunday meeting, with members being able to listen in to the meeting. Once the meeting is complete, members will then have the chance to provide the staff team with ideas that they would like for Fly UK. The evening will then finish with a Group Flight on the Fly UK FSD Sever.

Staff Meeting
The Fly UK Staff Meeting will take place as usual, but will have a twist; members will be able to sit in on the meeting and hear what is going on on the 'staff side' of Fly UK. Members who do wish to join the staff for the meeting will be asked to remain silent (mic's muted) until the end of the meeting, when you will have a chance to ask any questions and give feedback to the staff team regarding any points brought up in the meeting.

Member Question & Answer Session
The second part of the night will consist of a member Question & Answer session, where members will be able to ask any questions that they may have regarding Fly UK to staff, as well as provide any ideas for future development or ideas for improvements to Fly UK that they may have.

FSD VFR Group Flight
The night will conclude with a Group Flight conduced on the Fly UK FSD Server. The Group Flight will be a VFR flight from one of the Fly UK Flying Club airfields, using Fly UK Flying Club aircraft. Any pilots who require help setting up FSInn in order to be able to fly on the Fly UK FSD Server, will be able to request help prior to the evening and a staff member will assist them.

This night is a great opportunity for Fly UK pilots to give input into the Virtual Airline that you fly with, an opportunity for a 'behind the scenes' view at how the Fly UK staff team operates, as well as the opportunity to fly with fellow Fly UK members in a VFR flight!
