Fly UK is one of the most respected and valued virtual airlines. We have been providing a service for almost 10 years, with constant input from many different people. Our staff team is filled with a varied selection of talented individuals made up from our dedicated members. Currently, we are looking to recruit fresh talent to join our team.
 

 

Role #1 - Marketing Manager
In this position you will be responsible for writing and posting press releases and communications to members. You will ensure that the Fly UK brand is promoted consistently across our website, social network pages and around the flight simulator community. You will need to be good with words and proficient with spelling, punctuation and grammar. This is a demanding role involving working to deadlines. In this position you will:
 
Role Requirements:

• Manage our Facebook, Twitter, YouTube & Livestream accounts.
• Make regular posts to keep our social networking pages active.
• Draft and release the monthly update to members (sections written and input from all staff team).
• Work with the CEO and other staff to help put together and release an external press release every quarter.
• Design to manage promotional images which feature on our homepage.
• Create images based on requests posted in the staff image request topic.
• Examples of images required to be produced: Press release images, event images, award images, rank images.
• Ensure consistent Fly UK branding across all graphic design work.
• Draft and release general press releases on request.

Desirable Criteria:

• Previous experience in marketing is desired; however not required.
