Dear Members,

January has been a settled month for Fly UK, with everything continuing onwards and upwards! We have a lot planned for the first half of this year, so plenty has been going on behind the scenes to prepare for it.

Looking back at January, we had 421 unique pilots who flew with a UKV callsign and filed a combined total of 3539 PIREPs. We received 1966 mainstream PIREPs, 106 codeshare PIREPs, 1328 tour PIREPs, 102 flying club PIREPs. 60 pilots completed tours in January.

- Fly UK 2011 Wish List - Your VA. Your Ideas.

The staff team are currently in the process of going through new ideas and plans for Fly UK during 2011.

We are asking you, our members, what you would like to see change or happen at Fly UK in 2011. No matter if it is a little change to the website that has been bugging you for a while or if you have some bigger ideas on how we can improve Fly UK and maintain our edge over other virtual airlines, we'd love to hear from you.

You can make a difference so please reply to the wish list topic in our community forum detailing anything you would like us to include and take into consideration for the Fly UK during 2011. We know some of you also fly for other virtual airlines. Is there anything they have and we do not that you would like to see it at Fly UK? If you are not yet a member of our forum, register here.

- Fly UK Online Night's Update

Our Online Night's continue throughout February as we all get together and fly, be it on IVAO, VATSIM or the FSD server. Having everybody flying the same route at once is proving fun and entertaining for all. For February we have varied the times and days a little with 2 Sunday afternoons, a Friday Night & a Tuesday Night - we hope this will allow as many of you to get involved as possible!

We have been keeping attendance logs for the online events. You can view the January attendance and February attendance logs in the forum.

The events are the most fun when everybody flies - so don't hesitate to give it a go! If you need any help getting started with Online Flying, please visit our Online Flying page for complete guidance.
