The advisor would be responsible for suggesting ways in which we can improve, become more realistic and improve the accuracy of our data and information. We may also consider setting up an advisory team, and therefore invite anyone with any type of real world experience who feels they could make a positive contribution to Fly UK, help us improve and make the VA more realistic, to come forward an apply. For example if you are a dispatcher or load controller, you maybe able to help with our pre-flight manifests. The advisor positions would not necessarily be full time staff positions, you would not be required to attend weekly staff meetings or get involved in any other areas of Fly UK unless you wanted to. In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing all content on our website/documents and highlighting mistakes or errors, for example grammatical and spelling mistakes or system errors, as well as ensuring we maintain a consistent style and image in all areas of the virtual airline and suggesting any improvements where necessary. This position would not necessarily be a full time staff position, you would not be required to attend weekly staff meetings or get involved in any other areas of Fly UK unless you wanted to. We would probably have regular quality assurance meetings so all controllers could get together to discuss and suggest improvements and we would have a forum/email address where quality controllers could forward any information which needed to be amended on our website or documents.
