New FLY2 B737-700 Delivery Flights
________________________________________________

FLY2_b737ng.png

Over the next 7 months Fly UK will be receiving 7 brand new B737-700 aircraft which will enter service with our low cost airline FLY2. The aircraft will be delivered to our FLY2 bases around the UK and Europe and will replace our leased Boeing 737-500 aircraft. Some of the new aircraft will also feature special logojet liveries rather than the standard FLY2 livery.

To add some realism to this event we are looking for 7 pilots to come forward who would be be willing to fly a B737-700 delivery flight from Boeing Field in America direct to Liverpool, Dublin, Stansted or Geneva. The flight will take you over Northern Canada, Green Land and then down the UK. The flight is a non-stop flight taking over 10 hours and covering 4200nm.

The flights would be preferred to be flown online (however offline flyers can apply too) and using the PMDG aircraft. The reason for the PMDG being the preferred aircraft is due to its realism, but freeware aircraft are accepted. You will be able to log a pirep for the flight and will also receive a special 'Delivery Flight' award.

There will be one flight per month, so if you think you would like to fly a new B737-700 back to one of the FLY2 bases then please send an email to Robert Allen - robert.allen[at]flyuk.aero with the following information before midnight on Saturday 10th January.

- Name
- Pilot ID
- Aircraft will use (Freeware/PMDG)
- Online (IVAO/VATSIM/FSD) or Offline
- Which month and date is best for you
- Why you would like to fly a delivery flight?

We will release details of the delivery schedule and who has been allocated to fly the delivery flights on Sunday 11th January.
