Guest
__________________________________________World Cup 2010 > Operations & Events! ________________________________________________ Fly UK is proud to announce that we will be supporting the South African Football World Cup 2010 in a number of ways.. To meet the demand for the extra passenger transportation, Fly UK is introducing daily scheduled flights to Johannesburg and Cape Town from the 1st June. These daily flights will replace our current flights, which only operate every other day, until the 13th July, when we will return to our previous schedule. Pilots who fly a return flight to Cape Town and/or Johannesburg during this period will be awarded a limited edition World Cup 2010 badge! The award will also be issued to pilots who complete the VATSIM Event (no return leg required - see below). The award should be automatically awarded for you, however if you believe you have been missed out & have flown the flights, please email human.resources[at]flyuk.aero with the details of your flights. Fly UK will also be offering a special long haul event on VATSIM, departing on Sunday 13th June at 07:30z. Full information on this event can be found at the following address:http://www.flyuk.aero/en/index.php?page=ev...info&id=253 As this event is within the June period, pilots attending will also be eligible for the World Cup award (without needing to fly the return leg.)--- ENDS --- For further information, please do not hesitate to contact us: Robert Allen - Operations robert.allen[at]flyuk.aero Tom Hurrell - Marketing tom.hurrell[at]flyuk.aero Wygene Chong - VATSIM Online Operations wygene.chong[at]flyuk.aero
