Aurora Phase 2 now live

Aurora Phase2

After a successful start for Aurora, phase two is now live bringing additional routes and aircraft.

With the acquisition of used A319's, airframes have been redistributed to suit demand. The A319's will be based in Vancouver with Juneau now hosting two Avro RJ100's. Routes to Iceland, Hawaii and Portland further strengthen the network between Mainstream, Franchise and Codeshare partners giving our members a world of choice.

Aurora also closed off on the deal mentioned in our PR on April 1st to acquire a small operation based in Denver. MD88's have been repainted to aurora colours and will boost the links across the Rocky Mountains with our existing bases.

Aurora will consider a single type to cover all size needs for this capacity in the future, however that will be a long way off so members have plenty of opputunity to enjoy these often requested older types.

Unfortunately we are unable to bring you the float plane ops at this stage, we hope to address in phase 3.
