Fly UK: Invites you to Edinburgh Airport

Dear Members

On Saturday 5th September 2009 the world’s largest passenger airliner, the A380, will visit Edinburgh Airport. This is the A380s first appearance in Scotland and many people are expected to turn up at the airport to spot this great aircraft. The A380 will not land but it will perform a normal approach and go around fly-by manoeuvre to allow all enthusiasts to capture this spectacular moment on camera.

The flythrough will take place at 13:40 Local and anyone coming along should try to meet up around 13:00 Local to arrange viewing areas etc.
