Fly UK is proud to launch a new live support system. The live support system allows members and visitors to instantly chat with a member of the staff team via text.

How do I access and use live support?

Live support is a web based application so you don't need any special plug-ins to use it.

A live support image can be found on the website sidebar (right hand side of our website). Click the image to open live support. The image will tell you if live support is online, in which case you will be asked to choose a department to speak to, or offline, in which case you will be asked to leave a message or try live support again later.

When you have selected a department to speak to you will need to enter your name, email and question. You will then be connected to the next available staff member. This can take up to 3 minutes or longer depending on how many staff are logged into the system.

Live support can also be accessed in the same way via the in-flight services kneeboard. Simply click the 'Live Support' link from the top menu.

Why Use Live Support...

- You can contact us quickly and recieve an instant reply, no need to wait for an email response. We will help you get the problem sorted there and then.

- Members or visitors considering joining Fly UK can chat with a staff member in a matter of minutes to discuss their application and have any questions answered instantly.

- You can speak to us about pirep, download, website or account issues. You can speak to a training academy manager to discuss training options available to you. You can speak to us before or during your flight about flight plans, where to get charts, weather, flight levels etc. You can ask about events, online flying, real world events and anything else Fly UK related!

- Live support enables us to be here for you whenever you need us.

We have used this system a number of years ago, but it was withdrawn when we moved servers because we could not get the application to work on the new server. However as our server has recently being re-built, we have managed to get it working again.

The system will be on trial for a few months so please make sure you spread the word and tell other members about your expereince of using live support.
