New Vice CEO Appointed

As most of you will be aware, Carl Richards resigned from his position of Vice CEO a few weeks ago due to real life commitments reducing the time he was able to spend online. Carl continues to be a pilot amongst our community and I am very sure we will see him online flying and on Teamspeak every chance he gets. I would like to thank Carl for all his hard work, input and enthusiasm he has shown to Fly UK.
 
 I am very pleased to welcome back and announce that as from today Lee Appleby will now fill the position as Vice CEO.
 
 Although away from the day to day business of Fly UK for a while, Lee has been with the VA since the early days and knows the ins, outs and core ethics of Fly UK and our community. I am pleased to welcome Lee back to our team for the long-term.
 
 Lee will take on the usual duties of Vice CEO and help with future, planning strategies and policies.
 
 I am sure you will join me in wishing Lee all the best in his new position.
