Summer schedule changes

Posted 30 Apr 2017

Following the mainstream change to summer schedules last month, we now introduce our biggest seasonal changes covering the Fly 2 holiday operation and Nordic sky. Additionally, our new mainstream base at Southampton launches 01/05/17.

Fly 2
Summer 2017 sees our first full prime holiday season for Fly 2 following its operation structure change late last year. We are proud to offer holiday sector services to all the prime European summer destinations from multiple UK departure points. Destinations continue to include the all year-round resorts in Madeira, Canary Islands, Morocco, Algarve and Spain with the added seasonal destinations including the Balearics, Croatia, Malta, Greece, Turkey and Cyprus.

Gatwick and Manchester remain our primary hubs for the 757 fleet supported by 737-800's serving the full summer network plus Africa and Cape Verde. Our secondary UK airports will share 737-800 airframes as they did for winter with each destination covered by a route from a different departure point each day, so you'll never be stuck without a return flight option home.

Nordic

Nordic will receive its 717 aircraft imminently and with it will bring full Norway coverage for the first time since the franchise’s inception. Enjoy one of our new destinations like Svalbard high up north,

Southampton mainstream base
Many of our members helped ferry the new Dash 8 Q400's across from Canada ready for our services to commence from our new mainstream regional hub. Our Southampton fleet will be complementing existing domestic services to key UK cities plus adding new routes such as Newcastle, Leeds Bradford, Glasgow, Belfast City and the Channel Islands. Additionally, key European destinations include Dublin, Paris, Amsterdam and Geneva. A few more in there to be discovered but we hope the initial plans are welcome and well utilised.
