Vacancies - Online Operations Managers

We are currently looking to recruit two Online Operations Managers.

In these positions, you will be responsible for the the general overseeing of Fly UK's online activity. You will be required to work together as a team when organising online events, as well as on your own when required. You will also be the nominated point of contact for network liaison. These positions require that the applicants are regular online flyers and hold the minimum rating of PP and/or P1 respectively for IVAO and/or VATSIM. Ideally we would like to split the responsibility and recruit one person to oversee IVAO online operations and a second for VATSIM online operations. Naturally experience on both networks is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

- Organising and promoting online events.
- Monitoring pilot activity on IVAO & VATSIM (using our trackers) and contacting pilots where necessary.
- Liaising with the Training Academy to ensure resources for IVAO & VATSIM are up to date.
- Liaising with IVAO/VATSIM division staff where necessary.
- Providing updates during the weekly staff meeting.

Requirements:

- Minimum PP rating for IVAO applicants.
- Minimum P1 rating for VATSIM applicants.
- Regular online flyer.
- Must be able to attend staff meetings (held every Monday).
