Cosford Summer Sim Exhibition - Important Updates!

The RAF Cosford Summer Simulator Exhbition is growing ever closer now. Fly UK are finalising our details to ensure we have an impressive stand. As always, we welcome as many members as possible to make the days run well! Please may we draw your attention to the following points?

Event Details
Please read the following information regarding the event.
- The event runs from Saturday 28th 10:00 am, and will close on Sunday 29th 18:00.
- On the Fly UK Stand, we will be handing out flyers & discussing our hobby with visitors. We welcome all members to come and say hello to the staff team, introduce yourself & assist with making Fly UK look like the friendly & busy community it is! Please note we have opted not to have an electrical nor internet connection at our stand to save on costs.
- Entry is free (no advanced booking is required) & children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- There is ample car parking at the event. Car parking rates are: £2.00 for 1-3 hours or £3.00 for 3-8 hours.

T-Shirts
We will be ordering white, Fly UK branded T-Shirts. These are available to members at a price of £12.40 each. It would be great if as many members as possible could have their own shirts for the weekend! You will, of course, be able to take these home and keep them for use at future events. (We make absolutely no profit on these t-shirts, this is the price we are getting from the T-Shirt printers.)
They are white with the Fly UK Logo on the chest & URL on the back. The following sizes are available:
S - 35/37"
M - 38/40"
L - 41/43"
XL - 44/46"
2XL - 47/49"
If you wish to purchase one of these t-shirts, please email your required size along with name & UKV ID to: marketing.department[at]flyuk.aero (payment details will be sent in reply.) Please ensure you do this before Sunday 8th August as we need to place the order.

The staff team have decided that we will be staying in the Premier Inn, Wolverhampton North.

The hotel is about 20 minutes east along the M54 from Cosford, and has a fairly reasonable rate should you book as soon as possible. It has an on-site restaurant & all basic amenities. We will probably have a group meal on Saturday night - this can be arranged based on who attends on Saturday.
