Dash 8 & Union Livery Update

Paint brushes down! It's complete. We're pleased to announce that we are now releasing the following versions of our Dash 8 livery:
- FS2004 - Freeware package
- FSX - Freeware package and Majestic DHC8-Q400
With that you may notice that we have updated our Union Spirit livery on this release to freshen things up: with a brand new font, slogan and stylish tail design! Our fleet shall be updated in due course.
