Fly UK affiliated with VATSIM

Fly UK are please to inform all members that as of today, Fly UK is now a VATSIM registered virtual airline. This now means that Fly UK pilots can now fly on both IVAO and VATSIM networks. Unlike we do for IVAO, Fly UK will not be hosting events and providing training for VATSIM at the moment, however we are currently planning to introduce such things in the near future. Our online flying section of the operations menu has now been updated. We will be adding VATSIM ID fields to the application form and my controls page later today.
What does this mean for Fly UK?
Well it now means Fly UK fly online on the 2 major networks in the world of virtual aviation, rather than just one. We are IVAO GB divisions most active VA, we will aim to become one of the most active VATSIM-UK VA's. Pilots are free to fly online enjoying the online experience of either IVAO or VATSIM. It also means VATSIM pilots who already fly on the network and do not fly for a VA, or fly for VA's which do not live up to their expectations, now have a alternative UK leading VA to choose from - Fly UK.
From now on, flown 'Online' on the pirep means you either flew the flight on VATSIM, IVAO , Fly UK multiplayer server, or another multiplayer server/session
This is an exciting expansion for Fly UK, after many years of remaining IVAO based, we felt that by only offering 1 major network to fly online with, we were restricting both ourselves as VA and our pilots and therefore have made this decision based on the demands and needs of our ever growing pilot community.
