Fly UK Operations at London City

Fly UK Virtual Airways is to start trial operations from London City airport to a range of European Cities.

In response to pilot feedback, starting on the 12th of March, two Fly UK Embraer 170’s will be operating out of the capital's challenging city centre airport, with the potential of a seventh operating base being established.

London City Airport offers an unusual 5.5 degree glide path gradient and fantastic views of the cityscape. The busy London airspace and the airport's unique operating requirements add more variety to the already comprehensive Fly UK scheduled operations.

The initial destinations include:

Amsterdam / Monday to Friday
Dublin / Monday to Saturday (twice daily)
Edinburgh / Monday to Friday (twice daily)
Frankfurt / Monday to Friday
Geneva / Saturdays
Milan-Linate / Sundays
Paris-CDG / Monday to Saturday
Zurich / Monday to Friday
