Great day out at Sherburn!

Sherburn was a great event, we arrived late due to a detour to get Chris from the other side of Leeds but we arrived and found that we had problems with the network and could only get one pc up and running, this being the case we thought it better for Gaz to be online as London control.

A big thanks to Andy who was there early and flew the flag for Fly UK throughout the day along with Harry, Ken, Alwyn ,Chris and Gaz and to you guys for flying,I heard Eoin Ian, Derek and Tim, Zach at the show.

Chris also said how surprised he was that we were so well known by so many people at this event, with people also commenting on how very good they found our website and it would appear our name and service is now very well known throughout the flight simulator community.

I was surprised how busy and well organised this event was we had a lot of interest shown and a warm reception at Sherburn and this airfield was very busy and obviously very popular with private pilots out for the day.

Fly UK has also been invited to attend another venue in September at Leeds.

It was also nice to see Andy win the helicopter flight for two in the R44 well done mate and well deserved.

We would also like to thank John Crossland for organising such a good event and Ken Hall for working on getting us the initial invite.
