Fly UK's winter schedule will commence on Sunday 30th October which co-incides with the end of British Summer Time (BST).
Many of our summer only destinations will be ending with increased services on our all year round routes. There are a number of new winter routes detailed below. We hope that these changes keep an interesting and stimulating variety for all our pilots to try something new alongside the old favorites.
Fleet Changes
Our brand new Embraer 190 aircraft enter service at our Leeds Bradford and Southampton bases. The new aircraft replace 3 Fokker 100 aircraft at Southampton and 2 Embraer 170 aircraft at Leeds Bradford. The Fokker 100 aircraft will be leaving the fleet. The Embraer 170 aircraft will be used for a trial operation at London City (more details to be announced soon).
Our 2 Airbus A330 aircraft are not in scheduled service over the winter however they will be used to cover Boeing 767 operations while they are away to get winglets fitted. The programme to fit our B767 fleet with winglets will begin in the next few weeks, a NOTAM with full information will be issued soon.
