New fleet coming online

Boeing 787-9
Fly 2 welcomes six 787-9 Dreamliners to its fleet boosting capacity and expanding to meet long haul demand. Replacing the four leased A330's these will commence delivery from the 16th July. As well as taking over on current routes the extra two airframes will bring a much needed capacity boost on high demand summer routes to Mediterranean and Greek destinations. We will also be adding a Dreamliner service from some of our regional UK departure points to Orlando.
Given the recent success and uptake in PIREPS for the 787 fleet in light of the QW v4 release, we are sure this will be a welcome offering for our pilots in favour of the unpopular A330.
Airbus A350-900XWB
Fly UK mainstream has taken up its deferred delivery order from last year and will see its first A350 join the fleet from August 1st. These airframes will add capacity to existing long haul routes.
The decision to introduce the type is a further nod in our commitment to XP11 users and gives them the opportunity to use the popular Flightfactor product. FSX/P3D freeware users will also be catered for, however no valid payware product is available on these platforms at present. Fly UK recognises this which is why the type will only operate on existing routes alongside the 787 and 777 fleet.
