United ATC Software Testing

Posted 14 Oct 2006

Fly UK Announces: Fly UK and United ATC have agreed on software testing.

United ATC are currently in development of a new software package for use with FS2002, FS2004 and FSX. This new system is revolutionary in its design, and United ATC wants Fly UK pilots to test out the new beta software. This new system includes: an auto changing COM frequency, and also this system will allow pilots to control how many packets per second the client can send to give a perfect smooth motion in flight.

Only 250 spaces have been allocated for public testing, and Fly UK have been given prior notice to these spaces, so consider joining before the information is released elsewhere.

At this moment in time, we are still in final discussions with United ATC and so further information will become available soon, including who to contact to get on the scheme. It should not be too long before Fly UK pliots can sign up to test the new software and as soon as we receive all the information needed, it will be made available to you in the forums.
