Fly UK Fleet/rank re-alignment

Changes to fleet rank structure

From Jan 1st 2018, Fly UK will be re-aligning our fleet class ranks.

This change is required due to the fleet changes that have occurred in recent times leading to a requirement to balance out the assignments and also setting up the rank structure as we look to future plans and improvements to our rank and rewards structrure.

The new assignments will be as follows.
Class E  - B1900D, Do228, Cessna Caravan, Twin Otter, Dash 8, CRJ700, ERJ170
Class D - B717, B737, A319, A320
Class C - A321, B757
Class B  - B767, B787, A330
Class A- B777, B747

Cargo types will align with the same category as the passenger type.
