Updated AI traffic pack and vPilot VMR files

Updated AI traffic packs and vPilot VMR files are now available for download.

Our AI traffic packs for FS2004 and FSX have been updated to v4.1 reflect the winter schedules. For those members using vPilot updated model matching files (VMR files v1.1) are also available.
